Slaven Gajovich
Slaven Gajovic is a Shareholder Representative, entrepreneur, and real estate investor, as well as one of the founders of Ubermax Property Services. With more than 30 years of experience in mega projects and property development, Slaven has co-founded a company responsible for three major projects, including over 6,000 housing units. He also holds a qualification in programming, bringing a technical edge to his strategic leadership in property development.
Malusi Cele
Malusi Cele is a co-founder, Shareholder Representative, and the CEO of Ubermax Property Services. With over 30 years of experience in retail management, investment analysis, and mega project development, Malusi has co-developed and constructed more than 5,000 housing units. Holding a background in social sciences, mathematics, financial modeling, and statistics, he also co-authored the chapter "ICT for Development in Africa," focusing on ICT infrastructure in Sub-Saharan African schools. His expertise drives Ubermax’s strategic vision and growth in the property sector.
Thabo Kubu
Thabo Kubu is a founder and shareholder representative of Ubermax Property Services, bringing over 40 years of experience in military, intelligence, and strategic project management. A Business & Community Intelligence Specialist, he has held roles such as Minister of Intelligence and Security Advisor. Thabo leads community engagement and security strategy for Ubermax’s mega projects, leveraging his extensive background to drive impactful, secure, and sustainable developments.
Davina Piek
Davina Piek is a specialist in town planning, development, and property management, holding a master’s degree in Town Planning. With extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, she has overseen the delivery of over 40,000 housing units. Davina’s expertise lies in coordinating complex urban developments, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently while meeting the needs of growing communities. Her in-depth knowledge of zoning, land use, and urban design allows her to create sustainable, well-planned environments that promote both residential and commercial growth. As a key member of Ubermax, Davina drives the success of its mega projects.
Dr. Zakes Motene
Dr. Zakes Motene is a Core Consultant to Ubermax Property Services, bringing over 22 years of experience in healthcare. He has worked extensively across public, private, and military healthcare sectors, serving as a Medical Officer for the last four South African Presidents. His deep expertise spans medical practice, healthcare management, and strategic planning, making him a key advisor in the development of health-focused infrastructure for Ubermax’s mega projects. Dr. Motene’s work prioritizes the integration of healthcare services into urban development, ensuring that Ubermax’s projects meet the medical needs of growing communities and promote public well-being.
Syd Eckley
Syd Eckley is a Core Consultant to Ubermax Property Services with over 45 years of experience in retirement and enhanced living housing. He has become a renowned expert in the field of housing for retired persons, contributing significantly to policy and legal frameworks. Syd co-drafted the Older Persons Act and the Community Schemes Ombuds Act, influencing the regulatory landscape of retirement housing. His extensive experience and insights ensure that Ubermax’s developments cater to the needs of aging populations, offering innovative and sustainable living solutions for retired individuals, fostering dignity, care, and enhanced quality of life.
